TV MEDIA PLANNING:

  • draws up implementation plans based on the approved strategy and conceptual plans;
  • performs on-time post-campaign analyses and presentations (postbuys);
  • performs regular media analysis for clients (TV programs, tops, audience evolution, etc.);
  • ensures the quality and delivery time of the products and services requested by the customer;
  • is responsible for the implementation of the campaigns.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP:

  • manages the brands of the clients assigned to it and the media budget committed annually with the agency;
  • maintains a close relationship with the client in front of whom he or she represents the agency, its services and products;
  • presents / argues proposals in meetings or direct correspondence with clients.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • a Bachelor’s degree; degree in advertising, marketing, business administration and preferred communication;
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field (agency media planning);
  • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work successfully in a team, managing a large workload and meeting tight deadlines under pressure;
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to use media research and reporting resources effectively;
  • Technical knowledge, especially with INFOSYS media systems, Microsoft Excel;
  • good fluency in English language.
Media Researcher

KapitalHR is recruiting a Media Researcher for one of its clients, a top player in advertising

Specific responsibilities:

• works in connection with the Client Service Department (media planning) to provide the data necessary for the implementation of media strategies (competition analysis, consumers, market analysis).

• responds to corporate research requests from the INI or internal network

• manages the resources provided by the research institutes (specific media software) and proposes optimisations according to the client’s requirements

• plans and respects the deadlines for the assignments given by the Client Service department

• contributes to the agency’s research products (Media Landscape & Media FactBook)

The ideal candidate should have:

  • experience in working with the following softwares: Kantar media / Infosys, BRAT Monitor, SAO, MASOR, SATI, FOCUS-SESAME, Ad Real & other digital tools are a plus.
  • very good skills in English language (written, at least)
Senior Digital Sales

Kapital HR, is currently seeking for one of its clients, a well known mass-media company with a vast experience on Romanian market, a person to occupy the role of Senior Digital Sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Selling the digital advertising inventory of the company’s websites to media agencies and advertisers;

Communicate directly with clients and agencies to provide reporting, answer questions, and ensure KPIs are met;

Execute all aspects of assigned digital campaigns;

Own delivery of digital campaigns and sponsorship;

Run weekly meetings with the sales team, as well as other internal teams, to showcase results and optimization recommendations for digital campaigns;

Manage monthly billing and reconciliation for digital campaigns;

Work on adhoc projects to improve the efficiency and growth of business, which can include: pricing & packaging, reporting & insights;

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in one of the following areas: digital media planning experience at an agency/publisher, experience working with a sales team/managing client expectations

The Tech Manager:
Has a technical administrative role over the platform
Input in product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Oversees all the technical aspects of platform developments and improvements
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Responsible to run tests of the platform: security, high-performance stress etc
Assures good communication flow with the maintenance & development team (Ascend Net & HPM)

Event Sales Manager

Kapital HR, is currently seeking for one of its clients, a well known mass-media company with a vast experience on Romanian market, a person to occupy the role of Event Sales Manager.

From this position you will oversee the collective coordination of all event information and resources and you will be responsible for account management, sales prospecting and business development.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage all elements of event planning, including identifying event logistics and negotiating contract;

Coordinate event logistics, proactively communicate event information, and set clear expectations for event delivery;

Prepare detailed event reports, including sales data worksheets, cost projections and other financial metrics;

Analyze and reconcile disparate event details, and consolidate the information into actionable event plans;

Provide accurate and timely information to clients, vendors, and meeting planners
