Specialist Recuperare Creante / Manager de caz

Responsabilitati:

– Analizeaza, impreuna cu analistul si juridicul dosarele juridice ale debitorilor si isi formeaza o imagine clara asupra acestora.

– Se intalneste cu toti actorii relevanti din fiecare dosar (actionari, administratori, lichidatori, alti creditori, investitori interesati, s.a.m.d.) si creioneaza o imagine clara asupra raportului de forte/ interese ale partilor.

– Analizeaza si decide, impreuna cu analistul, specialistul de RE si/sau alti experti din piata, posibilitatile de reorganizare ale debitorilor activi si/sau de reutilizare/ salvare ale activelor productive.

– Identifica, impreuna cu analistul si juridicul potentialele strategii de lucru pe fiecare dosar.

– Analizeaza, impreuna cu analistul/juridicul, ofertele primite din piata si decide asupra viabilitatii acestora.

– Testeaza strategiile potentiale prin intalniri si negocieri cu toate partile implicate, in scopul identificarii celor fezabile.

– Agreaza si structureaza strategiile finale de recuperare, pe baza rezultatelor obtinute din negocieri.

– Pregateste memorandumurile pentru aceste strategii si le sustine in fata comitetului de credite.

– Coordoneaza si supervizeaza implementarea aprobarilor primite, in colaborare cu analistul/ legal/ alti furnizori externi de servicii.

– Creaza o prioritizare a debitorilor, in functie de mai multe criterii, conform planului agreat cu coordonatorul de proiect.

– Pregateste rapoarte de activitate, situatii de portfoliu etc, in conformitate cu solicitarile managementului.

– Participa la licitatii/adunari ale creditorilor si voteaza conform mandatelor obtinut de la companie.

Competente:

Studii superioare economice sau juridice

Cunostinte/ Experienta relevanta in domeniul procedurilor de executare silita/recuperare creante/ reorganizari/insolventa.

Cunostinte de analiza financiara, de intelegere a business-ului debitorlor, a industriilor in care activeaza.

Experienta relevanta in restructurare de imprumuturi, inclusiv negocierea acestora.

Cunostinte ale legislatiei in materie.

Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza.

Capacitate de analiza, sinteza, atentie la detalii.

Contabil Senior – Galati

Principalele responsabilitati sunt:

Inregistrarea și ținerea in evidena a mijloacelor fixe și obiectelor de inventar pe departamente.
Inventarierea periodica a echipamentele specifice pe departamente.
Inregistrarea operaţiunilor de casă şi bancă, in lei si valuta;
Ţinerea in evidenta a facturilor primite şi emise;
Intocmirea si verificarea facturile de vânzare a produselor/serviciilor;

A Chief Accountant will ensure all financial plans are upheld in coordination with hotels/company standards and in conjunction with the forecasting and budgeting plans of the hotel.

What will I be doing?
• Work in conjunction with the General Manager & Finance Director to provide full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements
• Ensure all financial regulations are met, through the maintenance of adequate systems of internal control
• Prepare capital reviews as required by the General Manager and Finance Director
• Hold monthly meetings with the Finance Team to give financial updates
What are we looking for?
• Relevant degree, in Finance, Accounting or related business discipline, from an academic institution
• Experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector is an advantage

The Senior Analyst plays a vital role in identifying trends and carry out deep dive data analysis to propose ways to improve company’s performance. The role is expected to perform Statistical analysis and operational metrics tracking based on Statistic data and reports and evaluate portfolios performance by analyzing financial results, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and excel dashboards.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing statistical models aiming to improve operational steps, segment portfolio and forecast performance, and will cooperate closely with other team members and with local workforce for the development and implementation of said models.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducts portfolio analysis and presents findings in a logical, comprehensive manner
• Reviews the valuation, pricing and performance of unsecured portfolios on book (in general and at portfolio level)
• Advises business units on performance of portfolio strategy / operations models in place and identifies most successful approaches
• Designs and develops statistical models meant to improve portfolio performance and optimize operations
• Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, and statistical packages for data management, data analysis and model development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 5+ years of experience as a BI & Analytics
 Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics
 Postgraduate degree in Finance or Statistics would be an asset
 Experience in analytical developments, such as Decision trees, scorecard development, optimization models, etc
 Experience in using Programming tools (R, Python, SPSS Modeller, SAS, SQL, Matlab, etc)
 Experience in DWH query
 Previous experience in debt collection industry and / or banking experience / risk management – a plus

Main Responsibilities:

• Reviews current strategy & segmentation in place and its impact on portfolio performance
• Reviews impact of legal environment on the choice of strategy in place and outcome in terms of performance
• Identifies potential actions meant to improve current performance in the area of segmentation and strategy
• For all the above, cooperates with local teams and with Collection Support Team members
• Advises business units on performance of current portfolio strategy, identifies most successful approaches and proposes ways to increase effectiveness, subject to local approval
• Supports local teams in implementing approved initiatives (planning, supervising implementation, testing) and further in monitoring on a regular basis targets for collection volumes as dictated by the estimated impact of new approach and portfolio characteristics

Qualifications and Requirements:

 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in debt collection industry
 Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant qualification
 Postgraduate degree in Finance or Statistics would be an asset
 Sound business judgment and an analytical, pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving;
 Proficiency in strategy development and execution

The role of Business Analyst will support Collection Support Team and the Client’s companies within the organization to identify and analyze opportunities for improvement, managing change initiatives / projects. S/He will design, and document business processes related to the company’s target Operating Model, while defining functional and non-functional requirements, which will be used by local workforce in IT systems development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and identify
• Works closely with key stakeholders across the Group and company to ensure the successful development and implementation of business improvement initiatives
• Ensures that business needs are articulated as clear, detailed feature definitions and user stories for inclusion in the product roadmap and development lifecycle
• Conducts business process analysis, assessment, program & project management activities
• Documents business cases, processes and plans
• Writes test scenarios and participates / supports UAT execution

Qualifications and Requirements
• At least 4-6 years’ professional experience as a Business Analyst or related role
• BA/BS degree in any of the following areas: Business Administration, IT, Engineering. An MBA will be considered a plus
• Demonstrable experience in consulting and/or knowledge of the banking industry in the area of Collections will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of AroTron system is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Business Analysis and process modelling tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, tools and techniques Certification in Project Management will be considered a plus
