Marketing Intelligence Manager

KapitalHR is looking for one of its clients, from pharma industry, a Marketing Intelligence Manager, that is not only eager to translate CRM data, findings and insights into briefings and directions for the marketing team and directly managing the loyalty-program-part of the business, but also well equipped with technical skills in order to be able to take advantage of online opportunities.

Main tasks:

– developing patient loyalty programs while being responsible for implementation of CRM programs and activities.

– conducting analyses and reports for understanding the market and competition as well as understanding consumer / patient behavior in pharmaceutical retail.

– understanding and attracting clients by coordinating, consolidating and integrating all patient-related information from sales, marketing, trade-marketing, market, competition, online, social media departments, with selected responsiblity of execution of programs (CRM).

– implementing Direct Marketing activities (mail, sms, etc.). and campaigns (up-sell, cross-sell, retention).

– developing data collection flows from direct contact points with patients, as well as gathering information on competition and the market.

– providing retail audit reports.

Director Regional de Vanzari pe zona de Vest

KAPITAL HR cauta pentru unul dintre clientii sai, ce activeaza in industria farma, o persoana care sa ocupe pozitia de Director Regional de Vanzari pe zona de Vest a tarii.

Principalele responsabilităţi:

– Planifica, organizeaza, conduce si coordoneaza activitatea de pe Regiunea alocata.

– Asigura implementarea politicilor comerciale ale companiei pe regiune: planograme, sortimentatie, promotii, preturi si nivel al stocurilor;

– Raspunde de realizarea planului de marja pe zona alocata;

– Raspunde de implementarea corecta, de desfasurarea si semnalizare a promotiilor si campaniilor; se asigura ca mecanismele promotiilor si campaniilor sunt corect intelese;

– Monitorizeaza parteneriatele cu cabinetele medicale individuale/clinicile medicale si medicii specialisti;

– Stabileste obiectivele de evaluare lunara pentru echipa sa;

– Se implica in procesul de inchidere / mutare / rebranduire a farmaciilor din zona coordonata;

– Intocmeste, analizeaza, prezinta si comunica catre seful direct orice raport solicitat;

Cerinte:

Nivelul de studii: superioare.

Calificarea necesara: competente in administrare bugete in domeniul financiar.

Experienta aferenta postului: minim 5 ani experienta manageriala
