You will be responsible to:

  • Analyze the people needs, define and implement the appropriate HR Strategy
  • Organizational Design – ensure the right organizational structure is in place, according to existing roles and responsibilities
  • Recruiting and Selection – manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboardings and exits
  • Compensations and Benefits – review the existing compensation and benefits package and suggests improvements where needed
  • Performance Management – define, implement and monitor the relevant performance indicators, while promoting a performance culture

Principalele responsabilitati:

Intocmirea documentelor necesare angajarii (contracte, fise personale, fise medicale, documente somaj daca este cazul, etc);

Intocmirea documentelor necesare desfacerii contractului de munca (cereri, dispozitii, fise de lichidare etc.);

Inregistrarea contractelor de munca sau a documentelor doveditoare desfacerii acestora;

Inregistrarea datelor actualizate in carnetele de munca, modificarea aspectelor renegociate;

Gestionarea si arhivarea dosarelor de personal etc.

Gestionarea fluxului de documente cerute prin lege;

Gestionarea relatiei/comunicarii cu angajatii pe probleme specifice;

Elaborează şi redactează documentele şi situaţiile cerute de management;

Cerinte:

Studii superioare finalizate;

Cunoştinţe avansate de limbă engleză scris şi vorbit (cunoasterea limbii ruse poate constitui un avantaj);

Cunoştinţe operare PC (Pachet Office);

Cunoaşterea prevederilor Codului muncii in vigoare si a altor legi referitoare la relatiile de munca;

Capacitate foarte bună de comunicare şi relaţionare;

The HR Manager will be responsible for defining, leading and implementing the HR needs and strategy based on the assessment of the organization’s needs.

 Create, implement, maintain and cascade HR framework, guidelines, policies and procedures.

 Implement change management initiatives, lead organizational design and analysis, identify critical skills and competencies to deliver on company strategies.
