Kapital HR is looking for a senior candidate to take on the role of Human Resources Director for
one of its clients, one of the largest food production companies in the local market.
Role Description:
- Create the premises for a successful organization recognized in the market
as a Top Employer - Ensures the organization workforce is aligned with the company goals
- Oversees the planning, development and management of all aspects related
to human resources - Create the multi annual human resources strategy and implement the
corresponding actions aiming to achieve the proposed objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Propose Strategy: Propose the annual strategy to the Executive Director,
including specific action plans and the necessary budgets for implementation. - Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise the activities of the HR team,
maintaining a high level of engagement. - Management of HR activities: acting in line with the company policies and in
line with the development plans of the company - Responsible with regards to the development, revision and update of the
specific company policies in HR area - Responsible in connection with the other company departments of the
development plans for the employees - Responsible for the timely recruiting of the resources required by the other
departments - Supports the organization structure of the company by permanently updating
the JD’s for all positions in the company and contribute to the proper
implementation of the company organogram - Responsible for the implementation of the performance evaluation system
for the Company’s employees - Provides constant support to the beneficiary departments of the Company in
carrying out all activities specific to the human resources function; - Supports the strategic directions of the Company’s business by creating,
updating and recommending management policies and procedures; - Coordinates the identification of training and development needs for the
Company’s employees; - Ensures the implementation of the career development plans and the
succession plan at the level of the Company’s employees; - Ensures compliance with legal requirements by implementing and
monitoring the application of the measures required by the legislation in the field
of Human Resources; maintains the relationship with the Company’s departments
where the nature of the Human Resources Department’s activities requires it; - Is responsible for the integrity of the patrimony allocated/used in the activity
and for its proper management; - Participates in intra and interdepartmental projects or activities, on a
temporary basis, depending on his/her role and competences, in order to contribute
to the achievement of the team’s objectives. - Participates in monthly and interdepartmental management meetings within
the Company, in direct connection with the activity of the Human Resources
Department; - Permanently follows the activity of the profile market, follows the collection of
Human Resources information that interests the Company in compliance with the
legal provisions on the matter and prepares informative reports to the Executive
Director; - HR Actions: Create, maintain, and facilitate communication with employees
at all organizational levels, provide leadership in developing and/or implementing
employee-oriented actions and programs; provide support in organizing internal
actions and events for employees.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience: 10 years in the same position with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role; experience in FMCG is an advantage.
- Very good communicator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and organizational skills, team spirit.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate interdepartmentally.
- Analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
