Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into people plans

You will be responsible to:
- Analyze the people needs, define and implement the appropriate HR Strategy
- Organizational Design – ensure the right organizational structure is in place, according to existing roles and responsibilities
- Recruiting and Selection – manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboardings and exits
- Compensations and Benefits – review the existing compensation and benefits package and suggests improvements where needed
- Performance Management – define, implement and monitor the relevant performance indicators, while promoting a performance culture
- Career Management – support definition, implementation and monitoring of employee development plans in partnership with business
- Training and Development – perform training needs analysis, while collaborating with the managers and employees for capabilities assessment and career planning
- Talent Management – identify and foster the pool of key talents, ensure and fallow through priority development areas
- HR Processes and Procedures – create/update and implement the HR processes and procedures, aligned with business needs
- Coach the management organization on people and leadership matters, support employee relations
