We are looking for a candidate who will:

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned category of brands;
  • Elaborate, propose and follow the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned category of brands;  
  • Communicate with the supplier for the marketing budgets and activities;
  • Monitor business performance and customer engagement for the assigned category of brands;
  • Analyze all information about the market and the competitors, proposing strategic actions to improve performance;
  • Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities and projects that promote the assigned category of brands;
  • Communicate upcoming promotional activities to the sales team and collaborate closely in the new product introduction process.

We believe you may have succes in such a position if you:

  • Graduated in economics; marketing profile is an advantage;
  • Have experience with Brand/Category management;
  • Have a high level of PC operating knowledge;
  • Have very good level of commercial English: spoken, writing and reading;
  • Have excellent presentation skills,
  • Have negotiation skills;
  • Understand sales mechanisms.

Manager Marketing

Responsabilități Principale:

1. Dezvoltare și Implementare Strategie de Marketing:

  • Elaborarea și implementarea strategiilor de marketing aliniate cu obiectivele generale ale companiei.
  • Analiza pieței și a concurenței pentru a identifica oportunități de creștere și a dezvolta planuri de acțiune.

2. Marketing Digital și Tehnologic:

  • Utilizarea cunoștințelor tehnice pentru a gestiona și optimiza campaniile de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
  • Colaborarea cu echipa IT pentru a dezvolta și implementa soluții tehnice care să susțină inițiativele de marketing.

3. Gestionarea Proiectelor de Marketing:

  • Coordonarea proiectelor de marketing de la concept la execuție, asigurându-se că toate proiectele sunt livrate la timp și în limitele bugetului.
  • Utilizarea instrumentelor de gestionare a proiectelor pentru a monitoriza progresul și a asigura comunicarea eficientă între echipe.

4. Analiză și Raportare:

  • Colectarea și analizarea datelor de marketing pentru a evalua eficacitatea campaniilor și a face recomandări pentru îmbunătățiri.
  • Pregătirea rapoartelor detaliate și prezentarea acestora conducerii pentru a evidenția rezultatele și ROI-ul campaniilor de marketing.

5. Dezvoltarea Produselor și a Piețelor:

  • Colaborarea cu echipele de dezvoltare de produs pentru a asigura lansarea de produse inovatoare și competitive pe piață.
  • Identificarea și explorarea de noi piețe și segmente de clienți.

6. Managementul Echipei de Marketing:

  • Supervizarea și coordonarea echipei de marketing si a colaboratorilor pentru a asigura o performanță optimă.
  • Dezvoltarea profesională a membrilor echipei prin mentoring și training continuu.

7. Relații cu Clienții și Partenerii:

  • Menținerea și dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții cheie și partenerii de afaceri.
  • Organizarea și participarea la evenimente de networking, conferințe și expoziții pentru a promova brandul și a genera oportunități de afaceri.

Cerințe:

  • Studii: Studii superioare în marketing, IT, inginerie.
  • Experiență: Minimum 5 ani experiență într-un rol similar, cu accent pe marketing digital, de preferat in companii din industrii tehnice
  • Cunoștințe:
    • Cunoștințe solide de marketing digital, analiză de date și instrumente de marketing.
    • Înțelegere profundă a tehnologiilor web și a principiilor de dezvoltare software.
  • Competențe:
    • Abilități excelente de comunicare și prezentare.
    • Capacitate de analiză și interpretare a datelor.

Executive Qualitative Researcher

For our client, major player in market research we’re looking for a professional, enthusiastic, curious, open-minded and “can do” attitude candidate to take over one of our Executive Qualitative Researcher jobs. 

She/ he must be capable of independently managing the timeline and tasks associated with a fast-paced research agenda and strong organizational objectives.

What You’ll Do – main responsibilities

  • Develop proposals for research requests, including methodology design and pricing
  • Conduct end-to-end market research using Qualitative methods
  • Leverage research findings to uncover actionable insights
  • Integrate secondary sources/ data into reports and presentations to offer added value to project beneficiaries
  • Participate to client-facing presentations together with the project team & manager
  • Contribute to developing client relationships by ensuring high quality standards are maintained, deadlines are met, and projects are completed within budget

What You Should Already Have

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, Market Research, Advertising/ Media or a related field
  • 2+ years conducting Market Research – bonus points: served multiple customer types/ industries; digital, video-editing and/ or UX experience are a plus!
  • Previous experience in conducting Qualitative research projects for Pharma RX area is a big plus!
  • Extensive experience with survey design and analysis
  • Deep understanding and experience with various Qualitative research methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to frame insights into elegant, clear and actionable deliverables that inform business opportunities, marketing programs and/ or product launches
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, executing rigorous research in a timely manner and prioritizing concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams

Senior Quantitative Researcher

KapitalHR is recruiting for one of its clients, major player in market research, a person to hold the position of Senior Quantitative Researcher

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management for designated clients
  • Preparation of research proposals, including pricing
  • Design and implementation of research projects, including development of instruments (questionnaire, data collection and data processing instructions etc.)
  • Project Management
  • Writing research reports, including conclusions & recommendations
  • Integrating research findings across various methods (Qual & Quant, for instance)
  • Presentation of research findings to clients 


Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics (Marketing), Sociology, Statistics etc.
  • At least five years of experience in the field of Market Research
  • Very good knowledge of quantitative market research techniques
  • Analytical skills
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Sound client service abilities
  • English – advanced (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a Research agency is a plus
