Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy for eCommerce across all channels & customers
  • Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Manage, develop and strengthen current Ecommerce channel
  • Identify, improve, and simplify operational standards and processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage both internal and external teams with responsibility for business strategy, planning and development
  • Responsible for all of the on-site development, working closely with the software development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with local market development.
  • Analyse insights and data to determine industry trends
  • Understand marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers and propose activities to grow our private labels
  • Full ownership of all on-site metrics.


  Requirements:

  • E-commerce strong and proven experience required, at least 5 years in a similar position in Retail (mandatory)
  • Great leadership skills
  • A mind that should be a lovely blend between marketing and tech
  • Multi-tasking, analytical, detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and flexible;
  • Highly responsive and resourceful in the digital environment

Descrierea jobului

  • Participa la construirea si implementarea in operational a proiectului comercial al magazinului alaturi de Directorul de magazin.
  • Creeaza experiente client unice, diferentiatoare, in magazin; dezvolta si anima comunitati client; asigura un serviciu client de excelenta, atat in spatiul fizic cat si digital.
  • Se asigura de buna gestiune a stocurilor din magazin si din rezerva cu scopul evitarii rupturilor de stoc sau al suprastocarii
  • Face analize privind vanzarile si rezultatele pe baza carora realizeaza previziuni/obiective; identifica bunele practici si propune transmiterea/preluarea lor
  • Identifica anomalii, creaza alerte in privinta acestora si se asigura de tratarea lor impreuna cu echipele
  • Se asigura de respectarea normelor de securitate alimentara si igiena, precum si de securitatea persoanelor.
  • Manifesta o grija permanenta asupra modului in care activitatea cotidiana impacteaza mediul inconjurator.
  • Creeaza si dezvolta echipe profesioniste, productive, aflate permanent in serviciul clientului si animeaza echipele pentru atingerea obiectivelor.
  • Asigura o cultura de excelenta. Contribuie la imbunatatirea continua a rentabilitatii magazinului, aplicand politicile comerciale ale acestuia.

Candidatul ideal

  • Studii superioare absolvite (de preferat in Comert/ Management)
  • Experienta de lucru dovedita MS Office

Procurement Service Manager

KapitalHR is searching for one of its clients from FMCG (production) a well experienced Procurement Service Manager to lead all contract management activities, deliver competitive advantage from group and local deals and ensure compliance of the standard processes, governance and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

Ensure proper execution of centrally negotiated contracts.

Develop sourcing strategies for local spend.

Support strategy development for specific categories upon request of the buyer.

Contribute to selected negotiations and supplier selections.

Ensure availability of specific contract requirements and conditions prior to contracting.
Ensure contract availability for locally managed spend.

Regularly report financial and supplier performance for purchasing materials and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with key management stakeholders.

Manage financial performance of local procurement team and set personal financial targets. Accountable for managing data management.

Maintain responsibility as Domain Expert for data management within specific domain / category. Perform data governance role for all raw materials data.

Senior Accountant

KapitalHR is searching for one of its clients from FMCG a passionate and responsible person, with good knowledge of RAS and IFRS and advanced in English, to take over the responsibilities as a Senior Accountant.

Core tasks:

• Performs full accounting exercise;

• Coordinates collection of payment instruments from customers;

• Checks the receivables accounting statements and ensure proper accounting of doubtful debtors and payment instruments;

• Performs reconciliation of and packaging accounting value with the logistic department;

• Monitors and reviews the Balance sheet accounts reconciliations;

• Analyzes the outstanding items and discrepancies and takes actions to remediate them;

• Reviews Fixed Assets, A/P and A/R, GL accruals bookings for compliance with RAS and IFRS and internal policies;

• Prepare ad-hoc reports up-on the case;

• Works closely with the Shared Service Center for ensuring the accuracy of the accounts.

A minimum 3 years’ experience within finance accounting and ERP, preferable SAP (FI, MM module), are required.

Inginer de Ofertare

Kapital HR cauta pentru unul dintre clientii sai, o companie ce activeaza in domeniul distributiei de materiale de constructii, o persoana care sa ocupe pozitia de Inginer de Ofertare.

Principalele responsabilitati:

– Mentinerea legaturii cu clientii existenti;

– Prospectarea pietii in vederea extinderii portofoliului de clienti;

– Analizata si intocmirea documentelor, caietelor de sarcini, fise de date, planuri;

– Intocmirea de oferte conform listelor de cantitati si documentatiei puse la dispozitie de catre beneficiar;

– Identificarea materialelor, echipamentelor (fise tehnice) ce intra in componenta ofertei;

– Intocmirea devizelor si/sau situatiilor de lucrari;

– Inregistrarea in evidentele contabile a facturilor de la furnizori;

– Verificarea intocmirii corecte, din punct de vedere fiscal, a documentelor primare;

– Elaborarea rapoartelor si a situatiilor specifice de activitate solicitate de management;

Cerinte:

– Experiență în pregatirea de propuneri tehnice si comerciale
