POSITION OVERVIEW:
Develops and implements the strategic plan and objectives for the Commercial Team in Hungary for Retail and Modern Trade channels, working closely with the Marketing, e-Commerce, Financial & support departments from HQ in Romania.
Responsible for sharing Company’s culture and values.
Respect Company brand image in new territory.
 
             
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                        
(Most frequent duties in order of importance)
           

  • To lead and manage the commercial development of the Company in territory to deliver expected monthly/yearly commercial KPI’s
  • Prepares and conducts performance appraisals, feedback, coaching and discipline for direct and indirect subordinate
  • Recruit, select and orientate new employees with Human Resources Consultant and with Commercial Manager
  • Provide aggregate feedback reports to management following commercial activities, i.e. launches, promotions, price increases, new openings etc
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the customers
  • Negotiate trade terms with the customers
  • Deliver the results in line with the targets
  • Understand and implement the strategic priorities of the company at designed  customers
  • Set up commercial objectives and business plans per customer
  • Full ownership of the process from order to payment of allocated  customers, in collaboration with internal team
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Working/collaborating with Marketing team to ensure the best promotional activities are proposed/implemented and highest quality of materials are being produced in line with customer needs
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines     

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of English (written, reading and spoken)
  • Driving license B

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Determine marketing strategies and marketing plans to exploit potential of Top Line Hungary brands in Beauty Salons in order to achieve Sales Revenues and Profits in line with company budget indicators

 
             
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                        

  • Propose and implement strong marketing plans, based on agreed strategy to build up the brand awareness and equity of each brand in his/her coordination
  • Regularly analyse trends and competitors, draw conclusions and submit proposals for improving the performance of the brands
  • Analyze competition marketing activities including pricing, product launches, consumer promotions
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for beauty salons, new clients, follow up closely the results and build up feedback report to Marketing Manager
  • Propose and implement Launch & Promo Calendar with customized executions for key clients
  • Propose and implement ATL, BTL, Digital and PR actions to effectively support brands objectives
  • Coordinate the external partners(agencies) to ensure they meet the briefs, follow up execution
  • Regular in salon observation of communication, placement, POS executions of the Top Line brands
  • Jointly with Sales Department responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly/ annually sales forecast based on historical data, market information and activity plan
  • Rationalize assortment and propose discontinuations of the brands/sku’s in his/her responsibility, based on sales and gross performance
  • Perform / Facilitate the education programs for the customers, sales team and collaborators
  • Infield Educator support when required.
  • Supports field events and represents the company as the top-level for prestigious level events.
  • Analyze financial reports and proposes corrective actions when brands achievement is below target
  • Prepares specific reports as requested by Marketing Manager
  • Write fortnightly expense report for Finance Department
  • Provide suggestions for improvement on a continuous basis
