POSITION OVERVIEW:
Develops and implements the strategic plan and objectives for the Commercial Team in Hungary for Retail and Modern Trade channels, working closely with the Marketing, e-Commerce, Financial & support departments from HQ in Romania.
Responsible for sharing Company’s culture and values.
Respect Company brand image in new territory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Most frequent duties in order of importance)
- To lead and manage the commercial development of the Company in territory to deliver expected monthly/yearly commercial KPI’s
- Prepares and conducts performance appraisals, feedback, coaching and discipline for direct and indirect subordinate
- Recruit, select and orientate new employees with Human Resources Consultant and with Commercial Manager
- Provide aggregate feedback reports to management following commercial activities, i.e. launches, promotions, price increases, new openings etc
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the customers
- Negotiate trade terms with the customers
- Deliver the results in line with the targets
- Understand and implement the strategic priorities of the company at designed customers
- Set up commercial objectives and business plans per customer
- Full ownership of the process from order to payment of allocated customers, in collaboration with internal team
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Working/collaborating with Marketing team to ensure the best promotional activities are proposed/implemented and highest quality of materials are being produced in line with customer needs
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
- Higher education
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the field
- Good knowledge of English (written, reading and spoken)
- Driving license B
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: (Computer skills, Software knowledge, Equipment experience…)
