Cerințe privind experiența:

  • Experiență: Experiență anterioară de cel puțin 3 ani în domeniul vânzărilor, preferabil în zona de IT, sau consultanță.
  • Experiență în promovare și ofertare de produse IT/tehnologii enterprise de la producătorii mari din piață.
  • Experiență în promovarea sau ofertarea de soluții informatice complexe, la cheie, multi-tehnologie constituie un avantaj.
  • Cunoștințe despre proiectele finanțate prin fonduri europene prezintă un avantaj.

Cerințe profesionale:

  • Capacitatea de a înțelege cerințe de business și de a le relaționa cu departamentul tehnic în oferirea soluției potrivite nevoilor clientului.
  • Cunoștințe privind tehnologii IT.
  • Cunoașterea standardelor aplicabile în industria IT.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra în echipă.
  • Cunoștințe de project management constituie avantaj.

Responsabilități:

  • Administrarea și dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienți și furnizori.
  • Elaborează și ofertează soluții adecvate (hard și soft) conform cerințelor clientului.
  • Prezintă, promovează și vinde produsele societății.
  • Oferă servicii de asistență post-vânzare.
  • Negociază termenii contractuali, modalitățile de plată și de livrare cu clienții din zona arondată.
  • Oferă consultanță tehnică de specialitate clienților existenți și celor potențiali.
  • Colaborează cu departamentul juridic pentru recuperarea creanțelor.
  • Colaborează cu Managerul de Produs și cu departamentul tehnic în vederea identificării celei mai bune soluții aplicabile nevoilor clientului.
  • Crearea documentelor de arhitectură ale soluțiilor care pot cuprinde atât aspecte tehnice, cât și de business.
  • Crearea documentelor cu propuneri de soluții într-un limbaj ne-tehnic împreună cu Managerul de produs și cu Business Development, pentru clienții targhetați.
  • Evaluarea tehnologiilor pentru posibilitatea integrării în soluții împreuna cu Managerul de produs.
  • Crearea împreună cu departamentul Tehnic/ Managerul de produs a ofertelor financiare și tehnice, și asigurarea ca acestea sunt în acord cu criteriile de business avute în vedere.
  • Menținerea la curent cu evoluția tehnologiilor.
  • Apartenența și activitatea în cadrul forumurilor, grupurilor profesionale din domeniu constituie un avantaj.

After Sales Manager – for South East Europe

For one of our clients,  a worldwide reference in  handling, access platforms, and earthmoving equipment and services, we are looking for a After Sales Manager – for South East Europe.

The location of the candidate could be in Timisoara, Cluj or Bucharest 

Key responsibilities:

The ASM will be responsible for the business growth and expansion of our business in the region of 5 countries ( Romania, Greece , Cyprus, Malta, Albania) 

Will be responsible for Dealer networks in allocated countries and profit of the region.

The position will have a number of direct reports , including the responsibilities and authority for making decision as described below;

Tasks:

  • Responsible for the management of all regional strategic and operational activities of the dealers 
  • Build, establish and strengthen relationships with key decision makers in this market to meet /exceed revenue targets 
  • Drive revenue and profit to achieve the group growth
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans to each dealer  and penetration of new markets 
  • Follow up on market trends and Key account customers
  • analyze the results of the dealers and define actions to maximize the sales in the region and the  profit

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of machinery business or rent of machinery business 
  • Graduate of business or engineering university
  • Advanced English level – written and spoken
  • Knowledge in the field of agriculture machines could be a plus
  • Loyal, dedicated, hard worker, trustable person.
  • Previous experience in Eastern European markets will be an asset

Kapital HR is currently seeking for one of its clients, an multinational company specialized in delivery on-demand services, a person to occupy the role of Sales Executive for Cluj Napoca.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a key representative for the company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores and corporate customers around the city. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and with bigger brands.
