Warehouse Manager

Kapital HR is seeking a talented and dedicated Warehouse and Logistic Manager to oversee and
optimize warehousing and logistics operations for our client, an important player in the furniture
manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished products.
  • Planning and optimizing workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations.
  • Managing warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Developing and implementing inventory management strategies to minimize losses and maximize space utilization efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with production and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and inventory management software.

Profil

  • Experienta relevanta in recrutare personal depozit, dobandita fie in companii de logistica, fie in firme de recrutare
  • Capacitate si experienta in a conduce tot procesul de recrutare si selectie
  • Cunostinte legislatia muncii
  • Engleza – nivel mediu/avansat
  • Disponibilitate de a lucra la sediul companiei situat in Stefanestii de Jos (Ilfov), pentru care  se asigura transport/decont transport
  • Orientare catre rezultate, creativitate, foarte bune abilitati de comunicare
  • Capacitate de a lucra sub presiune, rezistenta la stres.

Descrierea postului:
– Identifica si administreaza canalele de recrutare cele mai potrivite pentru posturile vacante
– Realizeaza intregul proces de recrutare si selectie pentru pozitiile disponibile in companie
– Gestioneaza relatiile cu furnizorii de servicii de resurse umane ai companiei
– Participa activ in cadrul procesului de intervievare si selectie a candidatilor
– Administreaza si asigura actualizarea bazei de date cu candidati
– Informeaza candidatii cu privire la rezultatul procesului de selectie
– Asigura suport in cadrul companiei cu privire la procesul de recrutare si evaluare interna a oamenilor.

Key Account Executive Bucuresti/Ilfov

Kapital HR cauta pentru unul dintre clientii sai, o companie care are ca si obiect de activitate importul si distributia de produse alimentare din gama premium, o persoana care sa ocupe pozitia de Key Account Executive pe zona Bucuresti/ Ilfov.

Principalele responsabilitati vor fi:

Respectarea strategiei de dezvoltare a companiei, prin crearea de relatii de business precum si prin asigurarea de servicii de mercantizare consistente in linia de business IKA;
Efectuarea de vizite zilnice in magazinele alocate;
Verificarea cantitativa si calitativa a marfii existente in magazine;
Realizarea planului de mercantizare pe fiecare magazin (cont) alocat;
Comunicarea cu clientii conform procedurilor interne ale companiei;
Mentinerea relatiilor de buna colaborare cu personalul magazinelor alocate;
Inaintarea si influentarea propunerii de comenzi catre seful de raion/magazine in caz de lipsa marfa/ stocuri reduse;
Asistarea receptiei de marfa;
Transmiterea zilnica a raportului de activitate catre seful de department si superiorul direct;
Analiza concurentei;
Comunicarea problemelor sau oportunitatilor sesizate in magazine;

Cerinte:
Minim 3 ani experienta pe o pozitie similara
Abilitati dezvoltate de comunicare
Lucru in echipa
Cunostinte de operare PC
