- Asigura/transmite altor departamente din Banca/VISA/MasterCard/BNR raportari privind activitatea de carduri;
- Monitorizeaza erorile zilnice aparute in procesul zilnic si gaseste solutii pentru eliminarea acestora;
- Evalueaza personalul din subordine in concordanta cu cerintele Departamentului Resurse Umane;
- Interactioneaza/colaboreaza cu VISA, MasterCard, BNR, Procesorul de carduri si alti furnizori/prestatori de servicii in scopul asigurarii performantei in activitatea cu carduri;
- Detine responsabilitatea corectei identificari ale evenimentelor cu risc operational conform metodologiei de colectare a riscurilor operationale;
- Se asigura de raportarea corecta a datelor despre pierderile cauzate de riscuri operationale si notificarea acestora catre Seviciul Riscuri operationale;
- Propune/monitorizeaza/implementeza cu Procesorul de carduri noi proiecte/produse/servicii;

- Va analiza documentația tehnică de intrare, proiect, caiet de sarcini, liste cantități;
- Va întocmi antemăsurători în baza documentațiilor tehnice primite de la proiectanți, dacă nu există listele de cantități;
- Va verifica listele de cantități de la proiectanți, conformitatea cu documentația tehnică de intrare;
- Va elabora centralizatoare de costuri la faza de proiectare SF/ DALI;
- Va întocmi devizele aferente pentru faza PTh: Formulare F3, C6. C7, C8, C9, F1 si F2, F4 si F6;
- Va folosi în încadrarea lucrărilor pe articole de deviz programe specializate, baze de date de prețuri, studii de piață;
- Va elabora documentațiile de deviz pentru toate specialitățile (inclusiv terasamente, arhitectură, rezistență și instalații);
- Va elabora documentațiile de deviz pentru proiecte de construcții civile cât și pentru construcții de drumuri și poduri.
