Back Office Certificate Control

Responsabilitati principale:
• asista BO Operations Coordinator (OC) in activitatile curente;
• persoana de contact pentru clienti in procesul de planificare a auditurilor, transmiterea de mesaje de notificare pentru audituri clientilor, primirea de perioade propuse, asista OC in intocmirea programului lunar si comunica clientilor datele stabilite si planurile de audit intocmite de catre auditorii desemnati de OC;
• intocmeste si transmite auditor pack-ul fiecarui auditor impreuna cu raportul de audit anterior sau documentele cerute de la clienti si necesare echipei de audit (organigrame, documentatie de sistem, diverse inregistrari, etc);
• asigura planificarea in Siebel a auditurilor si generarea job-urilor catre auditorii desemnati;
• pregateste emiterea certificatelor dupa ce dosarele de certificare au fost validate de LTM/CER BUM sau de ICC, inregistrarea lor in certlog si transmiterea lor spre semnare CER BUM’;
• asista CER BUM/LTM in pastrarea dosarelor de calificare ale auditorilor in Siebel;
• transmite clientilor certificatele emise , urmareste primirea formularului referitor la satisfactia clientului peare il proceseaza cu BUM si il arhiveaza;
• asigura generarea facturilor in ZIG si transmiterea acestora la client;
• asista OC pentru urmarirea primirii fisei prestatiei de la auditori;
• primeste rapoartele de audit de certificare/re-certificare/supraveghere, le verifica din punct de vedere administrativ, aloca numar din certlog si transmite pachetul dosar tehnic la LTM/Deputy (dupa caz) pentru validare;
• asigura arhivarea in Siebel/server a dosarelor tehnice si rapoartelor de audit de certificare/re-certificare/supraveghere;
• inregistreaza neconformitatile emise pentru toate rapoartele de audit (certificare/re-certificare/supraveghere) si urmareste rezolvarea acestora cu clientul si auditorul care le-a emis
• asista BUM in calitate de training administrator: pregateste suporturile de curs si documentele conexe, inclusiv pregatirea diplomelor penru cursanti;
• operarea aplicatiei Siebel Production – alimentare cu date primare – dar si ACTIS si alte aplicatii specifice CER;
• indeplineste alte sarcini specific CER in limita si conform cu delegarea sarcinilor de catre BUM.
Cerinte:
• Studii : Superioare (Profil: Tehnic, Inginerie Economica,)
• Experienta: Minim 2 ani in customer service;
• Limba engleza si operare PC – nivel avansat;
• Carnet de conducere cat. B.
