Job description:

• Work with management team to build, monitor, and control the company’s budgets and business plans
• Work with accounting department for controlling and reporting of financial performance and budget execution
• Work with accounting department to ensure company’s compliance with relevant accounting and fiscal obligations
• Work with management and specific departments for budgeting of specific key projects and workstreams of the company
• Work with management and specific departments for key commercial contracts of the company, bringing expertise from a financial and commercial perspective (ideation of business models, key protections and rights from commercial perspective, ensuring adequate cash flow structures)
• As a plus/nice-to-have: experience and input in corporate documentation of the company in the context of financing rounds and other similar transactions
• As a plus/nice-to-have: experience and input in general legal topics (forms and elements of key commercial contracts)

Profile

• Educational background: Finacial Bachelor degree
• Minimum 3 years experiene in finance, prefreably in transactions advisory, corporate finance, management consulting, strategy consulting
• English conversant
