Perfect candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written);
- The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Highly organized, analytical, task focused;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
What is required
- Global objective is to perform activities of: control, monitor and cost effectiveness, account receivables portfolio, financial profit and monthly, trimestral and annual reporting;
- Verify accounting data; reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting accounting data
- Assist in period end close duties including account reconciliations;
- Provide analysis of operational costs, capex and other to the business;
- Prepare key monthly reports to support sales department;
- Prepares and analyses monthly reporting on actuals, forecasts and prior fiscal years;
- Performs research/performance/evaluation analysis of costs/revenue variances/evolution;
- Support, analyze, gather data and prepare the company’s annual operating budget/forecast;
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis;
- Monthly forecasting with relevant analysis identifying changes with appropriate business explanations;
- Analyses actual operating results and identifies key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifies actual results versus forecast/budget;
- Determines cost of operations, collecting operational data;
- Increases productivity by proposing automated accounting applications, reports and data, coordinating information requirements;
- Involve in different projects, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
