Kapital HR is recruiting, for one of its clients, an important company active in the food and catering industry, from the Transylvania area, a person to hold the position of General Manager.

Must have:

• Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the food industry in a production environment

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship skills with clients and business partners

• Strong planning, organization and project management skills

• Solid knowledge in the financial field and experience in preparing budgets and financial reports
