For one of our clients, an important player for Solutions in the industry of utilities and automation equipment, we are looking for an enthusiast HR Manager to support the team in Bucharest.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into people plans

You will be responsible to:

  • Analyze the people needs, define and implement the appropriate HR Strategy
  • Organizational Design – ensure the right organizational structure is in place, according to existing roles and responsibilities
  • Recruiting and Selection – manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboardings and exits
  • Compensations and Benefits – review the existing compensation and benefits package and suggests improvements where needed
  • Performance Management – define, implement and monitor the relevant performance indicators, while promoting a performance culture
  • Career Management – support definition, implementation and monitoring of employee development plans in partnership with business
  • Training and Development – perform training needs analysis, while collaborating with the managers and employees for capabilities assessment and career planning
  • Talent Management – identify and foster the pool of key talents, ensure and fallow through priority development areas
  • HR Processes and Procedures – create/update and implement the HR processes and procedures, aligned with business needs
  • Coach the management organization on people and leadership matters, support employee relations

What best describes you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into people plans
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and conflict management skills
  • Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Fluency in English
