Job description:

• Ensures the proper functioning and performance of IT systems; eg desktops, laptops, printers, telephones and tablets;
• Identifies and solves problems with hardware or software components;
• Installs hardware or software equipment in accordance with due procedures and tests their functionalities;
• Provides users with support in: installing and configuring programs on workstations; workstation maintenance; specific administration activities of computer networks; consulting;
• Purchase of necessary equipment.
