Job description:

• To coordinate the activity of the company’s deposits from an administrative point of view;

• To permanently coordinate and control the activity of storage, arrangement of goods in the warehouse, cleaning;

• To organise and supervise the activity of the company’s car park, observing all normative acts in force regarding the road transport of goods;

• To coordinate the activity of establishing routes for transport in order to eliminate or minimise delays in delivery / supply and to optimise transport costs;

• To ensure, check and transmit towards the Human Resources Department the monthly timekeeping for the subordinate personnel ;

• To coordinate and control the shipments of goods and to investigate the causes of the lack of products in stocks;

• To coordinate the activity of the company’s warehouse participating in monthly and / or annual inventory processes;

• To plan and coordinate the necessary checklist of materials / products;

• To propose strategies for increasing the efficiency of coordinated activities, in order to minimise costs and effectively increase the company’s revenues, etc .;
