KapitalHR is recruiting Marketing Manager for one of its clients, an important Romanian law firm.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
• relevant professional experience in a marketing department, within a law firm representing an advantage (e.g. minimum 3 years);
• relevant professional experience in the field of corporate communication (e.g. minimum 3 years);
• university graduate, specialisation in marketing / communication being an advantage;
• knows English and Romanian at an advanced level (written, spoken, read);
• excellent writing skills in Romanian and English;
• proactive, anticipatory and consistent person;
• attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines;
• good knowledge of the business market in Romania.
Responsibilities/activities:
• collaborates with the company’s partners for the development and successful implementation of the agreed strategic communication directions;
• designs and implements promotional programs and actions in accordance with the business market and the company’s areas of expertise;
• coordinates and develops the company’s relationship with the Romanian and international media, including specialised publications in the legal field, and permanently maintains a good relationship with their representatives;
• ensures the presence of the company in the guides, yearbooks and international profile directories by providing the necessary information correctly and on time;
• ensures internal and external communication in a consistent, up-to-date manner, respecting the identity elements of the company’s brand;
• is responsible for the drafting and realisation of all communication and presentation materials of the company, as well as press releases;
• coordinates and ensures the organisation of the company’s internal and external events and draws up the annual calendar for their implementation (seminars, conferences, courses, volunteering and sponsorship actions, partnerships);
• ensures that promotion actions are included in the annual forecasted budget;
• participates at various business events;
• oversees the visual identity of the company: logo/templates, business cards, brochure, areas of practice, personalised prints, other informative materials, as well as the company’s website;
• contribute to the monitoring and periodic updating of the company’s website;
• knowledge of video editing is a plus;
• contributes to the promotion of the company on social networks.
