KapitalHR is hiring for one of its clients, international debts portfolio management company, covering more than 20 European markets, Project Manager Assistant

Tasks to be assigned:

Prepare presentations for company clients
Support the project manager team in develop clients portfolio
Prepare statistic reports
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed

Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
Advanced MS Power Point skills (creating presentations and graphics)
Organizational and time-management skills
Analytic and attention to details
Ability to spot numerical error
Advances English (C1)

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
