KapitalHR, is curently seeking for one of its clients, major player in Romanian Media landscape a Project Manager

Responsibilities:

●Designing, creating the concept, implementing and running an Educational Online Platform
●E-learning Experience Designer and creator of video producing strategy based on the Educational
Model Concept already in progress
●Coordinating the process to implement and create Edutainment vision into the platform
●Responsible for bringing together the elements from other already existing platforms featuring
educational and people development
that might impact the TV business
●Designing and implementing the business model of the platform (Subscription, On demand, etc)

Candidate Profile​:

●Passionate about video producing; Content creator; Passionate about media, TV and video
industry​
●Very good analytical skills and strategic thinking, resilient and curious; ​
●Visionary – understands the importance of people development through entertainment and also
the impact of technology in the​ future media industry, creativity​
●Technical skills (has worked with a team of producers, creative producer, commercials or online
platforms) ​
●A person who worked on entertainment projects with impact in education ​
