Kapital HR is looking for a Senior Associate (Energy Sector) – Experienced Attorney.
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our client team, as
Senior Associate, specializing in the energy sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity for
a motivated individual with a strong background in energy law to contribute to our client
organization, one of the bigger in Romania.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on matters pertaining to energy law, including
   regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and litigation.
2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the development and
   implementation of strategic initiatives within the energy sector.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
   related to energy projects, transactions, and regulatory matters.
4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other
   departments, to address legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and
   regulations.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging legal issues
   affecting the energy sector, and advise stakeholders accordingly.

Qualifications:

1. Admission to the Bar
2. Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on energy law.
3. Demonstrated expertise in energy-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance,
   project development, and transactions.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts
   to a diverse audience.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
   across organizational levels.
6. Fluent in English.
