The richest source of success lies within us

Every time I want to write about something, I start by closing my eyes and settling into a state in which information can flow — both for me and for those who will read.

But what does it actually mean to be a channel? It means being open. Open to receive, to take in. To settle into a state where things can "flow," where the information within you can connect to build clearer meanings. To have questions come to mind that lead to discoveries, to connect with yourself — accessing not only surface conscious thinking, but also those deeper layers where everything is already sedimented.

Every line from the books I've read, every line from a film, every image I passed without consciously noticing, every word that was said to me — all are there, in that deep layer of the subconscious.

This introduction comes as a continuation of the writings about success. Today I ask myself — and I invite you to ask yourself: How do we settle into a state of success? How do we maintain it? And what do we do with success once we've reached it?

The answer, perhaps surprisingly, lies there too — in the deep layers within us. There we find all the resources: the courage to start, the confidence we'll overcome obstacles, clarity for good decisions, and the ability to learn from the less inspired ones.

We have within us everything we need to succeed.

STEP ONE: Continuous learning

Always learn, want to grow, experiment with new things — and above all, allow yourself to make mistakes. Success is not a straight line — it's full of ups and downs, lessons and revelations.

STEP TWO: Connecting with yourself

Everything you have lived, felt and understood is already there, in your subconscious. You can access these resources consciously: breathing slowly, stepping out of the automatic rhythm of days, spending time with yourself in silence, asking clear questions and waiting for the answers that come from within.

STEP THREE: Action

You choose an idea and begin. This is where discipline, perseverance, and the network of people you grow with come in. And all these are already within you — they just need to be activated.

STEP FOUR: Don't lose yourself along the way

It's easy to get caught up in papers, emails, invoices, and all the daily logistics. But if you lose the connection with yourself — with the reason you started — you risk losing the essentials: joy, health, relationships, balance. Success is not just about money. Success is when everything you've built remains in harmony with who you are.

Conclusion

The resource for success lies within you. Everything you need to reach the highest peak — the one that matters most to you — is within you. Work with yourself. Access the higher levels of your consciousness and the depths of the subconscious. Together, they will guide you where you want to go.
