Nine years ago, Alina founded Kapital HR as a natural extension of the way she understands recruitment: not as an operational process, but as a business intervention with direct impact on the performance and evolution of an organization.

We work predominantly on key roles — top and middle management positions, executives, as well as specialists with critical or rare expertise in the market. We cover niche fields, from IT & Technology and engineering, to vocational professions such as architecture or medicine, for both Romanian and international projects.

In parallel, we develop specialized initiatives such as Legal Talent Search, a project dedicated to the recruitment of lawyers and legal professionals, addressed to the corporate environment, entrepreneurial businesses, and law firms.
