- Career Coaching — one-on-one sessions for career clarity, positioning, and long-term professional decisions.
- Assessment Center — competency and potential assessments for candidates and teams.
All services are contracted separately, on the basis of a written proposal accepted by both parties. The website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

For each recruitment mandate or coaching programme, the commercial terms, fees, objectives, timeline, and responsibilities of the parties are set out in a separate written document (proposal, contract, or letter of engagement).

These terms and our commercial relationship are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.
