About the role
Kapital Hr is looking for a 3D Artist. The client is an architectural firm with large projects in civil and industrial construction.
Collaborate with architects to create 3D models for visualization based on plans and/or sketche
Create VR ready scenes for advanced architectural visualization
Requirements

- Ability to read architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, construction details, etc.)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, preferably in 3DS Max
- Proficency in a render engine, preferably Vray or Corona
- Artistic sense, attention to detail, composition and color
- Knowledge of Game/VR ready 3D asset creation
- Good knowledge of Adobe or Affinity suite
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality;
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise visual elements
- Demonstrated capacity to work well in a team environment as well as individually with little direction
- Experience interacting with and influencing team members and/or business partners at all levels
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new and different workflows
