About the role

For one of our clients, a worldwide reference in handling, access platforms, and earthmoving equipment and services, we are looking for a After Sales Manager – for South East Europe.

The location of the candidate could be in Timisoara, Cluj or Bucharest

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of all regional strategic and operational activities of the dealers
  • Build, establish and strengthen relationships with key decision makers in this market to meet /exceed revenue targets
  • Drive revenue and profit to achieve the group growth
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans to each dealer and penetration of new markets
  • Follow up on market trends and Key account customers
  • analyze the results of the dealers and define actions to maximize the sales in the region and the profit
  • Responsible for specific corporate functions such Service Manager, Used equipment
  • Perform any other tasks as required
Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of machinery business or rent of machinery business
  • Graduate of business or engineering university
  • Advanced English level – written and spoken
  • Knowledge in the field of agriculture machines could be a plus
  • Loyal, dedicated, hard worker, trustable person.
  • Previous experience in Eastern European markets will be an asset
  • Significant people management experience
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Coaching and motivated people
  • Stress resistant and flexible
  • Able to adapt to changing demand and conditions
  • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Willingness to travel once in 2 weeks in allocated countries.
