Responsibilities
- establishes the company's long-term and short-term financial and business objectives;
- participates in the development of the Company's strategy;
- coordinates the restructuring efforts at company level in order to enable the organization to pursue the defined strategies;
- carries out financial analyses for each business decision and provides financial advice to the directors of other departments;
- analyzes the expenses and the efficiency of the working capital;
- monitors the actual results compared to the estimated ones, draws conclusions and makes recommendations meant to correct the situation;
- carries out macroeconomic analyses and analyses related to the industry of profile and identifies the trends that can be taken into account in business planning;
- ensures efficient financing of operations and profitable investments of the liquidity surplus;
