Kapital HR is recruiting for an important client in the real estate development sector a Financial Analyst. This role involves analyzing the financial performance of real estate projects, preparing detailed reports and providing the necessary support for strategic decisions related to investment and development.

- **Financial analysis of real estate projects:** - Collecting and analyzing the financial data of ongoing and future projects. - Identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting them to management.
- **Budgeting and forecasting:** - Developing the budgets for the real estate projects and monitoring their execution. - Preparing the financial forecasts for the short, medium and long term.
- **Evaluating investment opportunities:** - Analyzing the financial feasibility for new real estate projects or acquisitions. - Preparing the financial models for evaluating the projects and the related risks.
- **Monitoring and reporting financial performance:** - Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the financial results. - Analyzing the variances between budget and results and proposing solutions for optimization.
- **Cost and efficiency analysis:** - Identifying the possibilities for reducing costs and increasing operational efficiency. - Collaborating with the project teams to ensure compliance with the budget and the deadlines.
- **Interdepartmental collaboration:** - Working together with the sales, marketing and construction teams to support strategic decision-making. - Ensuring the compliance of the financial processes with local and internal regulations.
Requirements
Requirements
- **Education:** Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or related fields.
- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or investment sector.
- **Technical skills:** - Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial analysis. - Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel – advanced level). - Knowledge in using financial modeling tools.
- **Interpersonal skills:** - Analytical capacity and ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Attention to detail, results orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- **Foreign languages:** English – advanced level; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
