One of our clients, a company operating in the real-estate and construction field, is expanding its team and is looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst, results-oriented and with a strong understanding of real estate projects.
It is an ideal role for a professional who wants direct exposure to strategic decisions, to the business operations and to the financial management of projects, in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

- Developing and updating the financial models for real estate projects (cash-flow, scenarios, feasibility analyses);
- Analyzing the performance of ongoing projects and proposing optimizations;
- Monitoring the project budgets and reporting the deviations to management;
- Participating in the due diligence process for land or property acquisitions;
- Coordinating the relationship with the external accounting firm (sending documents, clarifications, monitoring financial statements);
- Preparing internal financial reports: forecast, budgets, monthly analyses;
- Generating reports for banks, investors or partners, where applicable;
- Cost analysis and assessing the financial impact of operational decisions;
- Involvement in financing processes (documentation, analyses, simulations);
- Support for management in special projects and in the development of the strategy.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Economics or related fields;
- Over 7 years of experience in a financial role (ideally in real estate, investments, consultancy or audit);
- Very good financial modeling skills and advanced Excel;
- Understanding of the financial flows specific to real estate projects;
- The ability to work directly with the entrepreneurs / top management and to operate in an environment with flexible processes;
- The ability to communicate efficiently with external partners (including the accounting firm);
- Analytical spirit, autonomy and solution orientation.
