How will you succeed?
Through "face to face" or telephone discussions with the client in order to make sure that the project you have designed will meet the objectives, the requirements and the budget, all agreed beforehand together;
By consulting with all the teams to make sure that all the needs are met, at every stage of the design;
By carrying out the project in accordance with the legislation in force;
By observing the deadlines, conditions and budget initially established;
By representing the firm in the relations with the municipal, county and other bodies that deal with approvals;
By making sure each building meets the needs of the people;
By assessing the impact on the environment.
Requirements
- you are a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture;
- you have the right of signature
- you have over 2-3 or 6-7 years of experience in civil and industrial architecture design;
- you know the design legislation in force and the legislation in the field of fire safety;
- you have experience in managing several architecture projects concurrently, of which at least one to be large-scale-MANDATORY
- you adapt easily and you know how to communicate efficiently;
- you have good leadership and project management skills;
- you know how to use a design program AutoCAD/ALL PLAN/ArchiCAD/Revit and Adobe Creative Suite to present your project
