An architecture firm, with large projects in civil and industrial construction, is hiring an Urban Planner to think on the scale of the city, to shape its resources for the purpose of improving the quality of life.
Requirements

- you are a graduate of the faculty of urban planning.
- you have 1-5 years of experience as an urban planner.
- you have experience in the field of urban planning design (preparing urban planning documentation PUD, PUZ, PUG, PMUD, including the preparation of documentation for specific permits).
- you have obtained the RUR right to sign (it is welcome, but not mandatory).
- you have thorough AutoCAD knowledge and know how to use other programs that can ease your work.
- you know very well the basics of the design legislation in force for urban planning design.
- you are a communicative, organized and positive person.
- you have a remarkable sense of balance which you know how to put on paper, fitting together as beautifully as possible the 3 essential pieces of the urban planning puzzle: the built environment, the natural environment and the needs of the community.
- you are attentive to details, without ever losing the overall view.
