About the role
Kapital HR is seeking, for one of its clients, a boutique law firm dedicated to providing
high-quality legal services, an involved and organized person to provide support
to the team of lawyers, in the position of Assistant.
Responsibilities

- Managing correspondence and internal and external communication.
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and working sessions.
- Preparing legal documents and the materials needed for cases.
- Assistance in preparing and organizing files and archiving documents.
- Managing the lawyers' agenda and coordinating business trips.
- Providing general administrative support to the team of lawyers.
- Communicating with clients and providing them with the necessary information.
- Preparing and drafting reports and other documents requested by the lawyers.
Requirements
Requirements
- Completed higher education, preferably in the legal or administrative field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with deadlines.
- Advanced computer operating skills (MS Office).
- The ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and to work with sensitive data.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
