This role involves direct collaboration with the store Manager, managing the daily operations and providing a premium shopping experience for our clientele.

- Coordinating the store's activity together with the Manager, ensuring efficient operation.
- Assisting the clientele and providing an exclusive shopping experience, based on their needs and preferences.
- Managing stocks and updating the inventory in order to ensure product availability.
- Implementing sales and marketing strategies, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
- Maintaining efficient communication with the team in order to optimize the store's performance.
- Monitoring trends in the fashion field and adapting the offering to the requirements of the exclusive market.
- Participating in events and fashion shows, consolidating the brand's positioning on the market.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or in a similar environment (fashion, premium products, luxury retail).
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Passion for fashion and current industry trends.
- The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and exclusive environment.
- Proactive attitude, results orientation and a desire for continuous development.
- Experience in using POS and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level is a plus.
