Kapital HR is seeking, for one of the clients in its portfolio, a serious person with very good communication and managerial skills to fill the position of personal assistant.

  • Preparing and drafting the documents and reports requested by management
  • Organizing the agenda of the direct superior
  • Providing administrative support
  • Drafting business correspondence and ensuring the transmission of documents by post, fax, email
  • Managing the company's activity in the absence of the direct superior
  • The pleasure and ability to learn new things
  • The ability to focus on carrying out several tasks at the same time
  • The ability to meet deadlines
Requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education graduate
  • Good PC operating knowledge: Word, Excell, PowePoint
  • English at an advanced level
  • Very good managerial skills
  • Good organizer, practical sense, commercial spirit, technical sense, aesthetic sense
