For a Law firm, one of the most prestigious firms in the field, we are looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team of specialists in banking law.
Responsibilities

- Providing specialized legal consultancy to clients in the banking sector.
- Drafting and reviewing banking contracts, including loans, guarantees and other financial instruments.
- Legal assistance within banking and financial transactions.
- Representing clients before the courts of law and other competent authorities.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the regulations in force in the banking and financial field.
Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Law and the status of fully qualified lawyer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of banking law.
- Solid knowledge of banking and financial legislation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
