Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a prestigious Bucharest law firm with a strong and highly regarded Banking & Finance practice, a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its team.
The role is addressed to a fully-fledged lawyer with 3-5 years of relevant Banking & Finance experience, a genuine interest in the field and strong motivation to continue learning and growing professionally.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal assistance on complex banking and non-banking finance matters;
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating documentation for financing transactions;
- Conducting legal research and analysing the legislation applicable to Banking & Finance matters;
- Identifying relevant legal issues and providing clear, practical and business-oriented solutions;
- Managing projects efficiently and meeting agreed deadlines;
- Working closely with team members and other practice groups on multidisciplinary mandates.
Candidate profile
- Fully-fledged lawyer with 3-5 years of relevant Banking & Finance experience;
- Strong knowledge of commercial and civil law;
- Very good legal research and analytical abilities;
- Attention to detail, sound problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and apply complex legislation;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively;
- A proactive attitude and a collaborative approach;
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow professionally;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
