Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a law firm a Consultancy Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, a solid background in legal consultancy, complemented by litigation experience, who wishes to work on complex projects in the areas of corporate, construction, real estate, energy, infrastructure, arbitration and public procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal assistance and consultancy to clients from various industries;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts;
- Providing legal advice on civil law, administrative law, commercial law and civil procedure;
- Managing projects in areas such as corporate, construction, real estate, energy, infrastructure, public procurement and arbitration;
- Analyzing legal risks and identifying the most appropriate solutions for clients;
- Drafting legal opinions, analysis notes and project-related documentation;
- Representing and assisting clients in litigation, when required by the projects;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for project implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a fully qualified lawyer;
- Predominantly legal consultancy background;
- Solid knowledge of civil law, administrative law, commercial law and civil procedure;
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts;
- Exposure to projects in the areas of corporate, construction, real estate, energy, infrastructure, arbitration and public procurement;
- Litigation experience is an advantage;
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken);
- Excellent analytical, legal drafting and communication skills;
- Organizational skills, autonomy and a solution-oriented approach.
