Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a prestigious Bucharest law firm with a strong and highly regarded Corporate & M&A practice, a Corporate & M&A Lawyer to join its advisory team.
The role is addressed to a highly motivated, fully-fledged lawyer with 3-6 years of relevant Corporate & M&A experience, interested in complex transactions and continued professional development within a high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice on complex corporate and mergers and acquisitions matters;
- Assisting clients throughout transactions, including legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation and implementation;
- Drafting and negotiating agreements, corporate documents and other transaction documentation;
- Conducting legal research and analysing complex legislation applicable to assigned mandates;
- Identifying relevant legal issues and providing clear, practical and business-oriented solutions;
- Working closely with team members and other practice groups on multidisciplinary projects.
Candidate profile
- Fully-fledged lawyer with 3-6 years of relevant Corporate & M&A experience;
- Strong knowledge of commercial and civil law;
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities;
- Very good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
- Ability to interpret and apply complex legislation;
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to grow professionally;
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
