Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a prestigious Bucharest law firm with a strong and highly regarded arbitration practice, a highly motivated Junior Lawyer to join its Arbitration Team.
The role is addressed to a lawyer at the beginning of their career, with a genuine interest in arbitration and a strong desire to learn, contribute to complex mandates and grow professionally in a high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to complex commercial arbitration mandates under the guidance of experienced lawyers;
- Conducting in-depth legal research in commercial law, civil law and arbitration;
- Drafting legal analyses, opinions, submissions, applications and other arbitration-related documents;
- Interpreting and applying complex legislation in a practical and business-oriented manner;
- Identifying relevant legal issues and developing well-reasoned solutions;
- Working closely with team members to prepare and manage mandates efficiently.
Candidate profile
- Junior Lawyer with a genuine interest in building a career in arbitration;
- Solid knowledge of commercial and civil law;
- Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical abilities;
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interpret and apply complex legislation in a practical and business-oriented manner;
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work and growing professionally;
- Very good communication and teamwork skills;
- Very good written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
