About the role
Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a law firm in Bucharest a Junior Corporate & M&A Lawyer, at the beginning of their career, with exceptional academic results, a very solid legal foundation and a genuine interest in developing a career in corporate law and M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with Corporate & M&A projects and local and international transactions;
- Participating in legal due diligence processes and drafting the relevant sections of reports;
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, General Meeting of Shareholders resolutions, shareholders’ decisions and other corporate documents;
- Assisting with the drafting and review of documentation related to M&A transactions;
- Conducting legal research and analysis in the areas of corporate, commercial and civil law;
- Preparing legal notes, opinions and memoranda for projects managed by the team;
- Collaborating directly with senior lawyers and partners throughout all stages of the projects.
Requirements:
- Lawyer at the beginning of their career, with up to 2–3 years of relevant experience;
- Exceptional academic results and a very solid legal foundation;
- Genuine interest in Corporate, M&A and corporate law and a desire to specialize in these areas in the long term;
- Very good knowledge of civil law, corporate law and commercial law;
- Excellent legal analysis, argumentation and drafting skills;
- Strong attention to detail, rigor and very good organizational skills;
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken);
- Proactive attitude, seriousness and a continuous desire to learn and develop professionally.
