Junior Litigation Attorney | Civil Law, Corporate Law & Civil Procedure
Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a law firm recognized for handling complex litigation and representing clients in highly complex cases.
We are looking for a lawyer at the beginning of their career, with exceptional academic results, a solid legal foundation and a desire to build a career in litigation. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of lawyers with an excellent reputation and to be involved in complex legal projects, with exposure to important mandates.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the litigation team in managing cases pending before the courts;
- Drafting claims, statements of defence, written submissions, legal notes and other procedural documents;
- Conducting legal research and analysis;
- Participating in the preparation of defence and representation strategies;
- Analyzing the legislation, legal doctrine and case law relevant to each case;
- Active involvement in all stages of the proceedings, alongside experienced lawyers.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience;
- Genuine interest in developing a career in litigation;
- Solid knowledge of civil law, civil litigation, corporate law and civil procedure;
- Very good academic results and a solid legal foundation;
- Excellent legal analysis, argumentation and drafting skills;
- Advanced level of English;
- Proactive attitude, rigor and a continuous desire for professional development.
