Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a prestigious Bucharest law firm with a highly regarded litigation practice, a Litigation Lawyer to join its team.
The role is addressed to a fully-fledged lawyer with at least 2 years of litigation experience, a strong interest in civil, commercial and administrative law and a genuine commitment to developing a successful career in dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Managing civil, commercial and administrative litigation files from the initial assessment through final resolution;
- Drafting statements of claim, statements of defence, motions, evidence submissions, written conclusions, appeals and other procedural documents;
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysing complex legal matters;
- Identifying relevant facts and legislation and developing appropriate litigation strategies;
- Representing clients before courts and, where relevant, public authorities and institutions;
- Working closely with the team on complex mandates for local and international clients.
Candidate profile
- Fully-fledged lawyer with at least 2 years of litigation experience;
- Outstanding knowledge of civil, commercial and administrative law and civil procedure;
- Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills;
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues and identify the relevant facts and applicable legislation;
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- Flexibility, adaptability and a collaborative approach;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
