Legal Talent Search, a Kapital HR project in partnership with Juridice.ro, is recruiting for a law firm in Bucharest, with a solid and recognized practice in tax law and tax litigation, a Senior Lawyer to join its team.
The role is intended for a fully qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, combining experience in legal consultancy for companies with representing clients before courts and public authorities.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to clients from various industries, particularly on matters of tax law, corporate law and civil law;
- Managing administrative and tax litigation cases and representing clients before courts;
- Drafting procedural documents: claims, statements of defence, applications, evidence notes, written submissions, appeals, etc.;
- Representing clients in their relations with public authorities and institutions and managing the related procedures and formalities;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents – contracts, notices, formal demands, official correspondence and other specific documents;
- Analyzing complex cases and formulating clear, pragmatic and easy-to-understand legal solutions for clients.
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience;
- Relevant experience in both business consultancy and litigation, with a focus on administrative and tax litigation;
- Solid knowledge of tax law and tax procedure, as well as civil law and corporate law;
- Very good legal analysis, argumentation and drafting skills;
- Ability to manage cases and projects autonomously and meet agreed deadlines;
- Logical thinking, attention to detail and clarity in expressing ideas;
- Ability to explain complex legal matters in an accessible manner;
- Excellent command of Romanian and advanced level of English;
- Category B driving licence and availability to travel to courts throughout the country.
