About the role

GTA HR & Kapital HR are recruiting a B2B sales professional for a client with tradition and a solid reputation in the retail field. The role involves developing the corporate client portfolio, promoting products and coordinating workspace fit-out projects.

  • Prospecting the market and attracting new B2B clients
  • Creating strategic partnerships with companies from various industries
  • **Promoting products and solutions:**
  • Presenting the furniture portfolio adapted to the specific needs of the clients
  • Preparing personalized offers for fit-out projects
  • **Managing commercial relationships:**
  • Building loyalty among existing clients and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring a high level of satisfaction through efficient communication and solutions
  • **Coordinating projects:**
  • Collaboration with the internal teams (design, logistics, delivery) for the implementation of projects
  • Monitoring progress and intervening promptly in case of difficulties
  • **Analysis and development:**
  • Preparing periodic reports on sales performance
  • Identifying market trends and adapting commercial strategies
Requirements

Requirements

  • **Higher education** – preferably in the economic, commercial or interior design field
  • **2–3 years of experience** in B2B sales (ideally in furniture or interior design)
  • **Technical knowledge** about office furniture solutions and sales processes
  • **Familiarity with CRM** and B2B processes
  • **Excellent skills** in communication, negotiation and project coordination
  • **English** – advanced level (knowledge of an additional language is an advantage)
  • **Availability for travel** for professional purposes
