Kapital HR is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Developer to contribute to the development and expansion of our client's business, in the field of print services, by developing the network of resellers and distributors, at a national level.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, growing the client portfolio and maintaining relationships with existing partners, as well as implementing sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and analyzing the market in order to discover new business opportunities in the print services sector.
- Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to stimulate business growth.
- Negotiating contracts and concluding strategic partnerships that bring value to the company.
- Monitoring and analyzing the competition in order to adapt and improve the service offering.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of the services offered.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the field of print services by developing relationships with distributors and resellers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Results orientation, with strategic and planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, marketing, management or related fields).
- Good knowledge of using the Microsoft Office package.
- Availability for travel, depending on the needs of the position.
