Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a company that processes steel, from Galați, for a person to fill the position of B2B Clients Business Developer.

- **1\. Development and Implementation of Growth Strategy:** - Developing and implementing business development strategies for the B2B market in western Romania. - Identifying growth opportunities in the market and developing action plans to capitalize on them.
- **2\. Identifying and Attracting New Clients:** - Prospecting the market and identifying potential B2B clients. - Creating and maintaining an up-to-date database of potential clients and business opportunities.
- **3\. Managing Client Relationships:** - Developing and maintaining solid and long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients. - Visiting clients and organizing meetings to discuss their needs and propose customized solutions.
- **4\. Negotiation and Sales:** - Preparing commercial offers and negotiating contractual terms. - Concluding contracts and ensuring compliance with them throughout the collaboration.
- **5\. Analysis and Reporting:** - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance in order to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Preparing detailed reports for management and presenting the results obtained.
- **6\. Internal Collaboration:** - Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure the delivery of products and services according to client requirements. - Ensuring efficient communication between the client and internal departments in order to solve problems and optimize processes.
- **7\. Development of Innovative Solutions:** - Identifying the specific needs of clients and developing innovative solutions to meet them. - Monitoring market trends and proposing new products and services to improve the company's offering.

Requirements
- Education: Higher education in economics, business, marketing or other relevant fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the western region of Romania.
