Kapital HR is recruiting a Business Developer for an important client in the office furniture industry. The role involves developing the B2B client portfolio, promoting office furniture products and solutions and strengthening commercial relationships to increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • **Developing the client portfolio:** - Identifying and prospecting the market in order to attract new B2B clients. - Creating strategic partnerships with companies from various industries to promote office furniture solutions.
  • **Promoting furniture solutions:** - Presenting the product portfolio to clients, highlighting their benefits and adaptability to the specific needs of each client. - Creating customized offers for office arrangement projects.
  • **Managing client relationships:** - Maintaining constant communication with existing clients for loyalty building and identifying new collaboration opportunities. - Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through fast and efficient solutions.
  • **Coordinating arrangement projects:** - Collaborating with internal teams (design, logistics, delivery) to implement projects within the agreed terms. - Monitoring the progress of projects and intervening in case difficulties arise.
  • **Monitoring sales performance:** - Carrying out periodic analyses regarding sales and market performance. - Identifying industry trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • **Participating in events and fairs:** - Representing the company at networking events, conferences and industry fairs in order to increase the visibility of the products.
Requirements

Requirements

  • **Education:** Higher education (preferably in the economic, commercial or interior design field).
  • **Experience:** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • **Technical competencies:** - Knowledge of office furniture solutions or interest in this field. - Familiarity with B2B sales processes and CRM.
  • **Interpersonal skills:** - Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills. - The ability to work in a team and to coordinate several projects simultaneously. - Solution orientation and attention to detail.
  • **Foreign languages:** English language – advanced level; knowledge of another foreign language represents an advantage.
  • **Availability:** Availability for local and regional travel for client meetings.
