  • Identify, prospect, and develop business-to-business (B2B) relationships with potential clients in need of professional cleaning services.
  • Present and promote our comprehensive range of professional cleaning solutions tailored to meet clients’ specific needs.
  • Manage and expand the portfolio of existing B2B clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the facility services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Drive and determination to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
