KapitalHR is recruiting Civil Litigation Lawyer for one of its clients, major Romanian Law Firm, top player in Litigation field.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements
- excellent written and spoken English (good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage);
- experience in civil litigation of minimum 4 years, with focus in construction and energy field, public acquisitions, administrative contencious
- experience in assisting and representing the clients before arbitral courts could be a ‘’nice to have’’
- entitled to represent the clients before all Romanian courts, The High Court of Cassation and Justice or arbitration courts (if above applicable)
- team player, having a strong commitment to the firm, loyalty, willingness to learn and to work under pressure
- excellent organisational skills
- autonomy in managing a case
- willingness to undertake business trips in Romania and abroad if necessary.
