About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a multinational company, for people who speak both German and English fluently and who can fill the position of Client Service Support, within an international project.

- Maintaining contact with the company's clients via email, telephone, chat.
- Informing clients about the services offered.
- Managing the documents that clients provide.
- Sending clients the forms necessary for using the services.
- Operating in the company's IT system.
Requirements
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the German language.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
- Computer skills (the Office package).
- Well-developed communication skills.
